Emotional positioning is the practice of connecting your brand to the feelings associated with a
move. People do not buy three bedrooms and two bathrooms; they buy a new beginning, stability, or
a status symbol.
Identify the primary emotion of your target audience. Are they stressed? Excited? Fearful? Position
your brand as the bridge from their current negative emotion to their desired positive one. Use language
that speaks to their aspirations and fears rather than just listing property features.
