Being "stuck" is usually the result of one of two things: a lack of structure or a subconscious block. Many agents confuse movement with progress. You can work 12-hour days doing administrative tasks, rearranging your office, and "researching" the market, but if you aren't engaging in Revenue Generating Activities (RGAs), you aren't moving the needle.
Furthermore, many agents harbor unconscious fears. You might be working hard on the "safe" tasks to avoid the "scary" ones, like calling expired listings or following up with old leads. When your effort isn't aligned with high-impact activities, you stay stuck. Moving further along the real estate agent career path requires identifying these "comfort zone" traps and intentionally pushing past them.
